I’d like to say the builders are back and the roof is going on, but that would be a lie. There was an almost show but since then, nothing. No roof and no roofing sheets. Instead, we are once again listening to the plastic rustle and whip in the wind and we are watching for drips.
Maybe they will complete but with each passing day I find myself feeling more worried and depressed. Will we find someone who will do it? Is there any way of getting Mumbles Construction to finish what they promised? Will we get a completion certificate?
And as it goes on I feel my motivation slipping away when I really need to get things sorted.
