I have been playing around with masks and I have come up with an idea for an exhibition. So it is possible that I’m going to go quiet for a while. I am working on a series of drawings based around physical masks, but conveying more than they show.

Just as we wear masks to work or to play, these will show more than they hide. Some a large masks, others small but they all later the person inside. It’s a massive concept but hopefully I will be able to create the work to fit the image in my head.

Now I just have to find a gallery that will take the finished piece…

Well, 'Nomura' is coming along well. I am four chapters in and I've just broken the fifteen thousand word barrier. I'm guessing that the book is going to be longer than I thought.
