Well – we have the block foundations in and the insulation has just arrived. Things are moving as fast as ever and we are realising how big the extension is. It is a strange thing, to go from a plan to a physical thing.
So, the area of the extension looks huge.
Of course, I know that it can be deceptive. By the time we are stood inside it isn’t going to feel quite that big, but at the moment it is huge!
The builders are also first fixing the garage with the internet, electrics and lighting being planned. Also drainage and water pipes… The plasterboard is going in!
