Oh! The choices… But I did quickly decide on one idea. The only problem is that it desperately wants to be a story so I have beaten it into submission and twisted it into a logline. Although I have a feeling it will soon be a story. 🙂
Logline
Recovering from a divorce, in which he has lost everything including his dog, Joesph has rented a small rundown cottage in rural Wales. He is digging in the garden when he finds a knife with a clear blade, a diamond blade. That night his ex-wife calls and lets him know that the dog is dead. Angry he takes the knife and cuts the head of his wife off a photo. Next morning the police arrive and tell him that his wife has been killed, decapitated.
